Shipping Policy

At FinEvent by Finixia Dedecons Pvt. Ltd.., we make it easy for you to access event tickets for various shows, concerts, workshops, and more. While most tickets are digital, we also offer physical ticket options for select events. Please review our shipping policy to understand how and when your tickets will be delivered.

1. Types of Ticket Delivery

1.1 E-Tickets (Electronic Tickets)

E-tickets are delivered via email to the address provided at the time of purchase. The email will contain the ticket(s) in PDF format or a QR code that can be scanned at the event venue for entry. E-tickets are generally delivered within a few minutes after the purchase is completed, but in some cases, they may take up to 24 hours.

1.2 Physical Tickets

For select events, we may offer physical tickets, which are delivered to your specified shipping address. The shipping cost for physical tickets will be calculated at checkout and depends on the delivery location.

2. Shipping Timeframes

2.1 Domestic Shipping (Within India)

Physical tickets are typically shipped within 3-5 business days after the purchase. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, with rural or remote areas taking longer. We partner with reliable courier services to ensure timely delivery.

2.2 International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping for physical tickets. All purchases made from outside India will be processed as e-tickets only.

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your physical tickets have been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track the status of your delivery through the courier service's website.

4. Issues with Delivery

4.1 Lost or Stolen Tickets

If your physical tickets are lost or stolen during the shipping process, please contact our support team at support@finixia.in. We will investigate the issue and determine whether replacements can be issued.

4.2 Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address at the time of purchase. FinEvent is not responsible for tickets that are not delivered due to an incorrect address provided by the buyer. If you realize there is a mistake, please contact us immediately.
